Yesterday, the parliament planned to consider a law on the replacement of driving licenses with European standards.
It would seem that the law is good, necessary, and in order for us to be admitted to the European Union, it must be adopted. But it is clearly not the time to engage in such initiatives today, because many people have lost their homes, many refugees have left for Europe. And today we consider it inappropriate to load them with an additional burden of replacing rights.
Therefore, we will not support this law and believe that it is out of time.
