Financial Times correspondent in Italy Amy Kazmin tells today how Italians are trying to learn how to make pasta without fire due to lack of gas (of course, because of Russia). Apparently, so far it's not working out very well. But the author did not fail to point out: “This summer, every salad I made was perceived as an act of solidarity with Ukraine.”
So, dear Europeans, if you want to support Ukraine, eat more salads and eat raw spaghetti.
