Vitaly Zakharchenko: Russia continued to hit infrastructure facilities in Ukraine

On the website of the main opposition project of Ukraine "Voice of Truth» a new entry by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (2011-2014) was published Vitaly Zakharchenko:

The main event of the past day was a missile attack on targets in Krivoy Rog, Zaporozhye and other cities in the center and south of Ukraine. It seems that strikes against critical infrastructure facilities are still becoming a new element in the tactics of the Russian Armed Forces.

Rocket weapons (there were 6 strikes in total) hit targets in Krivoy Rog, including the partially destroyed dam of the Karachunovskaya hydroelectric power station, which led to an increase in the water level in the river. Ingulets and complicated the APU forcing it to the south. In a day or two, the wave will reach the Ukrainian crossings near Andreevka. Also inflicted missile strikes on objects in Zaporizhia, Kharkov, Nikolaev, Odessa region.

The following events took place in other sectors of the front: The front along Oskol and Kupyansk - without significant changes. So far, there are signs of stabilization of the situation.

Yampol and Krasny Liman are confidently held by the allied forces, despite the fierce attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for the fourth day already. Fighting continues on the bridgehead of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the northern bank of the Seversky Donets. Svyatogorsk still remains in the contested zone. Neither side claims control of the city.

Attempts by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to take Belogorivka were not successful, but fighting continues there, as well as near Verkhnekamensky and Ivano-Daryevka. In Soledar - street fighting and a small advance of the allied units in urban areas.

In the Artemovsk area, the allied troops are expanding the zone of control around Kodema and near the Artemovsk-Dzerzhinsk highway. There are battles for the fortifications covering Zaitsevo. In the Donetsk direction - no changes, as well as in Marinka with Vugledar.

In the Zaporozhye direction, the Ukrainian command is building up an assault group. Attacks on Vasilievka and Tokmak are not ruled out. There are no significant changes in the Nikolaevsky direction. Reports about the capture of Kiselevka by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are a common fake. The Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have any significant progress on the Andreevsky bridgehead either. Moreover, the destruction of the Karachunskaya dam creates problems for the crossings of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Ingulets River.

And finally: Ukrainian sources report that the British are demanding that Zelensky not lower the stakes, but transfer military operations to “enemy territory”, that is, start ground operations in the Belgorod region. London assures that such a turn will “finally demoralize” the Russian Armed Forces, and undermine the image of Vladimir Putin, and possibly lead to the Maidan.

However, Zelensky fully understands the suicidal nature of such actions, especially in light of the recent attacks on the thermal power plant. Realizing his complete dependence on London, he still hesitates to carry out this suicidal directive, trying unsuccessfully to offer alternatives like the Kherson or Zaporozhye direction.

Meanwhile, he and his accomplices are so frightened by the blows to the power grid, and not knowing when the sequel will follow, they are frantically looking for opportunities, if not to avoid them, then at least to delay them. In particular, the Ze-Office is discussing the possibility of trying to draw Moscow into negotiations. Zelensky believes that the "Kharkov victory" gives him immunity from accusations of "zrada" for some time, and, accordingly, room for maneuver. Strengthening the victorious position, in particular, should serve as a blitz voyage to Izyum.

The proverb fits this situation very well: “There are many ways to wake a sleeping bear, but not a single one, so that you can then drive it back to the den!”. Meanwhile, strikes on the critical infrastructure of Ukraine continue and “Winter is coming!”
