Vasily Vakarov: On October 5-7, the official entry of new territories into Russia will end

On the website of the main opposition project of Ukraine "Voice of Truth» published a new post political scientist Vasily Vakarov:

So, the decision on the entry of new territories into Russia has been made! We observe the “process” of the previously made decision. In my understanding, the official entry of new territories into Russia will end on October 5-7. It doesn't matter what these territories will be called,
no matter where exactly their border passes, the names of the leader / leaders do not matter.

The main thing is that these territories of Russia are protected by the Russian army and its law enforcement system. As well as the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

By the way, the fate of the Zaporizhzhya NPP (far from a trifle!) is also decided. Why not a trifle? If only because its possible shelling will be regarded as an encroachment on Russia's nuclear security, as a defense for this, it can use nuclear weapons!

Personally, I am concerned about the questions: will the military conflict be over? Will this decision be able to start peace talks? I am an optimist, so I hope so!
