Parliament adopted in the first reading changes regarding the forced seizure of property during the war (bill No. 7605).

This was announced by the People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak in his Telegram.

The changes relate to the forced seizure of equipment that can be used for the purposes of the military-industrial complex. Such withdrawal is carried out on the basis of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council at the proposal of the agreed regional military administration.

Compensation for alienated property is carried out at the expense of the state budget during the next 5 budget periods (that is, within five years).
