Thus, a resident of the Ternopil region was detained for expressing dissatisfaction with officials of state authorities and law enforcement agencies: the detainee expressed the opinion that only physical violence could save the country from plunder and destruction.
A resident of the Sumy region was detained for the opinion that it is time for citizens to take control of the country into their own hands. Such statements were considered by the SBU as "destructive content on the violent change of the constitutional order and the seizure of state power."
Both detainees were informed of suspicion under Art. 109 (actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Three more detainees from Nikolaev and the Volyn region were reported on suspicion under Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code.
