Mykola Azarov: Zelensky could have avoided a military conflict, but did not want to

On the website of the main opposition project of Ukraine "Voice of Truth» A new entry by the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2010-2014) has been published Mykola Azarov:

Zelensky could have avoided a military conflict, but did not want to. And these are not my conjectures or, as it is fashionable to say in Ukraine now, Kremlin propaganda.

This is a statement by the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Trump said that Zelensky could have made a deal. And thus avoid a military conflict in Ukraine.

Once again, for the inattentive, Zelensky could avoid conflict and choose peace. Fragile but peaceful.

After all, it is not for nothing that they say since the time of the Roman Republic that a bad peace is better than a good war.

But Zelensky took a different path - he chose to fight to the last Ukrainian! He decided to sacrifice the lives of thousands of Ukrainians who entrusted him with their fate and the fate of their country. And he did not justify their trust and hopes!

And all for what? For your own glory? Yes, he has achieved fame. But at what cost?!

What else upset me in Trump’s statement was the words that in the current conditions it would be much more difficult for Zelensky to negotiate with Russia and that now it would not be possible to conclude a deal quickly.
