Despite regular blackouts in November (and some Ukrainians sat in the dark for days on end), utility bills did not please our citizens - electricity bills fell by no more than a quarter.
That is, if earlier the average household paid about 500 hryvnias per month for electricity, now it is 350-400 hryvnias. Moreover, if the meter readings did not come from you before the 5th day of the next month, then the supplier may well charge the amount based on average consumption. That is, even if you didn’t have electricity, the bill can be billed as for a regular month.
There are nuances with heating - in many apartments it is now, to put it mildly, cool. There are cases when the temperature in the rooms is only +13 degrees. But heat suppliers are in no hurry to recalculate.
