Due to a significant cooling, the Kyiv city administration calls on heat supply organizations to drain water from heating systems in an emergency.

In conditions of interruptions in communication, no additional approvals and permits are required. Service companies, regardless of the form of ownership, promptly make decisions about draining water from the house if the temperature is -3°C or lower.

Further connection of houses will take place after the stabilization of the situation.

And what should the people of Kiev do in such a situation - at -10°C of frost and unprepared "points of insecurity", not organized at least partially evacuation?
