Dmitry Vasilets: Putin, however, knows how to convince

US President Joe Biden said he was ready to negotiate with Putin to end the war in Ukraine if he decides to do so.

Let me remind you that before the start of hostilities in Ukraine, security talks were held between the United States and the Russian Federation in Switzerland, then, as we remember, Biden was not ready to talk about peace.

Now, apparently, the situation has changed, for 9 months of bloodshed and the disposal of tens of thousands of selected NATO mercenaries and large batches of weapons, Biden caved in and is ready to communicate. He immediately stopped telling fairy tales about Zelensky deciding something, learned the words “demilitarization”, “denazification”, and now he is ready to listen to Russia’s conditions.
