The National Security and Defense Council and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine called on journalists and bloggers not to help Russians spread fakes and not to publish materials from “personal sources” about events at the front.
Departments are asked to verify information through official sources, not to refer to private individuals and to refrain from public assessments of hostilities, logistics, and the like.

In short, as in the Ukrainian proverb: "Whoever is in trouble is the daughter-in-law."
